East Fort Myers District

About the District
Alongside the Caloosahatchee River, inside a network of restful, green parks lies a blend of colorful, culturally-diverse local merchants and compact, sustainable residential neighborhoods that defines the charming East Fort Myers redevelopment district. Clusters of high-quality business and intense residential units, interspersed along an accessible and alluring Palm Beach Boulevard, welcome shoppers and pedestrians from the local community. From the waterways of Billy’s Creek and the Caloosahatchee River, to her parks, plazas, and urban wilderness, East Fort Myers has finally come into her own identity as a livable, workable, playable 21st century Hamlet.

The East Fort Myers district, created in 2007, is bordered by the Caloosahatchee River on the north, Billy’s Creek on the south and west, and the Fort Myers city limits on the east.
