SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- Monday November 9 through Friday November 13, 2009 - PRACTICE ROUND at Eastwood Golf Course or Fort Myers Country Club (GREEN FEES COMPLIMENTARY. PLAYERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO RENT ½ CART AT A CHARGE OF $17.50.) A block of times will be set aside every day. If you need a specific time, please call the appropriate pro shop one day in advance at 8:00am for parties of 2, 3, or 4.
- Saturday November 14, 2009 - 1ST ROUND at Fort Myers Country Club. TEE TIMES: 7:00 -> 8:45am off of the #1 and #10 tees (MORNING WAVE) and 11:30 -> 1:00pm off of the #1 and #10 tees (AFTERNOON WAVE). Pairings and Tee Times will be published in the NEWS-PRESS on Friday November 13th, 2009.
- Sunday November 15, 2009 - FINAL ROUND at Eastwood Golf Course. All players will be re-paired for Sunday, based on their first round score. Pairings will be available after 8:00pm, by calling our phone service. The phone number will be posted on the scoreboard.
- Sunday November 15, 2009 - AWARDS AND LUNCHEON FOLLOWING PLAY at Eastwood Golf Course.
- The field will be comprised of the first 184 men entered.
- The PRIZE PURSE has been set at $6,000 (based on 184 entries).
- ENTRY FEE is $90.00.
- The format will be 36 holes, stroke play, GROSS SCORES ONLY, flights: Ch, A, B & C. Gross and Net in D Flight. (Players handicaps will be based on the individual’s slope index converted to Fort Myers Country Club on November 1.)
Champ 0 -> 4 Blue Tees C Flight 11 -> 13 White Tees
A Flight 5 -> 7 White Tees D Flight 14 -> UP White Tees
B Flight 8 -> 10 White Tees ( GROSS & NET AWARDS )
NOTE: Players in the A Flight (5 -> 7 HDCP), may elect to play in the Championship Flight in order to win the overall championship.
- PRIZE MONIES will be divided equally, based upon the number of participants per flight.
