The median age group for Ward 2 is 36. Ward 2 growth and development provides excellent light industrial expansion near Interstate 75. The population growth continues as additional housing units are added to the area. Access to workforce makes expansion to the area ideal.

Ward 3 median age is 31.8 and has a diverse population. There has been steady growth in the area increasing the workforce available. We are seeing more industrial and retail space in development.
