The City of Fort Myers Human Resources Department has added a new, dynamic element to its HR core functions; Organizational Development and Training.
The Organization Development and Training office will provide professional consultation services to City executive leaders and senior management on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating and sustaining a high performing organization. This HR Business partner function will lead to continuous improvement of organizational performance, while supporting the organization's succession planning objectives. The implementation, training and use of the NEOGOV performance and learning management systems will foster a highly effective employee, management and leadership structure.
