1.What are your hours of operation?

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday: 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.;

• Saturday: Closed for special events and rentals. Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (pending event/athletic schedule)

• Holidays: Closed

2.What are your rental rates?

3.Do you offer summer, winter and spring break camps and what are their costs?

Summer Camp

• More information will be available soon.

Winter Camp (1 week)

• This program is for children ages 6 through 14 years old

• $35 per child per week for City resident

• $50 per child per week for non-resident

• Hours of operation are 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Wednesday; 8am-3pm on Thursday (Closed Christmas Day)

Spring Camp (1 week)

• This program is for children ages 6 through 14 years old

• $35 per child per week

• $50 per child per week

• Hours of operation are 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

4.What information can you give me on your afterschool program?

• This program is for children ages 6 through 14 years old. The cost for City Residents is as follows: $50 per child per session (represents half of a school year), $100 per school year. The cost for non-City Residents is as follows: $60 per child per session, or $120 per school year (starting October 1st)

• Hours of operation are 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. (general public allowed in after 6:00 p.m.).

• Children are in age appropriate monitored groups and activities include: Homework assistance, Subject Matter Activities, Art, Music, and indoor/outdoor play activities. Enrollment is based on 1st come 1st served space availability. Must attend Parent meet prior to start of session. Contact STARS@cityftmyers.com or (239) 321-7545 for more information.

• The STARS Complex also offer specialize middle school and teen programs for students in grades 6th-11th. Contact STARS@cityftmyers.com for more information.

5.I am no longer interested in a program, how do I get a refund?

• Please submit a written request no later than 10 days after activity has began by email stars@cityftmyers.com with your name, the child’s name and name of the activity that they are enrolled in. Refund payment will be sent to the address on record. Please note that all refunds can take between 4-6 weeks. In the event an activity is cancelled or postponed, all registered participants will be contacted to receive refund or credit to account information.
