Ward 1 has diverse needs for housing. On Michigan is a beautiful Assisted Living Facility for Seniors.  In other parts of the community are young families looking for a developer to provide additional housing in the area.

The Fleamaster's Flea Market provides many small business owners an opportunity to sell items at the market.  900 stores packed with unique items with over 400,000 sq. ft. of space for you to wander and find your next purchase. Many small businesses have been launched by having success on a local level selling items to residents and visitors.  It's a great way to test the market with your product or move some things you no longer need to someone who does need it. You can rent for a day, month, or year and that flexibility is a great opportunity.  https://www.fleamall.com/

Billy Creek is a beautiful location that flows into the Caloosahatchee River and has space for a picnic in the park.  The city is investing in clean water and committed to the restoration of Billy's Creek for future generations to enjoy.  Review the presentation given to the City Council.
