- Why Fort Myers
- Catalyst for Leadership
The City of Fort Myers has been on the forefront of trying new ways to provide services to business owners. We have been supporting the idea of an interconnected network of entrepreneurs as far back as 1988 with the establishment of the Southwest Enterprise Center. We continue to have Public-Private Partnerships that showcase the elements of a successful project. A network of entrepreneurs working together stabilized our economy and established additional talented people within our community. We will continue to find innovative ways to provide educational support for the community to continue to increase prosperity, equity, and inclusion in our community.
Florida Gulf Coast University, Hodges University, Florida Southwest State College, and Keiser University provide excellent educational opportunities, and because we have high speed internet, you can bring your educational choice with you for online learning.
The iconic Edison and Ford Estates reminds you that innovation has long been a part of the rich history in Fort Myers. We can provide the digital access to connect you with your customer. Our continued growth is matched by our constant improvement that attracts workers and industries to our area.
