Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve
3,500 acres of wetland ecosystem has a boardwalk trail and Interpretive Center. No dogs allowed and visitors are asked to observe quiet spaces. A great place to bring your budding Naturalist for a hike.

Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club 800 acres featuring two 18-hole golf courses and is surrounded by a gated community of single family homes, twin villas, 2-story and 4-story condominiums.
Colonial Country Club Master Planned Community includes 18-hole golf course, pool, tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts, and a community that actively volunteers.
The Club at Pelican Preserve 27-hole championship golf course, outdoor amphitheater, 24,485 square foot Club house includes reception hall, fine dining, spa treatment rooms, fitness center, and an indoor walking track for its 55 and better community.
The Plantation 18-hole golf course, The Great House provides private and corporate events. Somerset at the Plantation is a golfing community, has tennis courts and a resort-style pool next to the 38,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
