Affordable Housing Trust Fund

The City of Fort Myers is promoting affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families with incomes 100% or less of the area median income (AMI) through the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF). The purpose and intent of the AHTF program is to facilitate the development of affordable housing designed and priced to meet the needs of the people employed by the local economy or reside in the City of Fort Myers. The City approved the AHTF on February 6, 2023.
