FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 21, 2020) – In honor of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25, the City of Fort Myers will honor fallen soldiers with a remembrance display at Centennial Park, located at 2200 West First Street, Fort Myers.

Due to COVID-19, the city is not able to host an active ceremony. Instead, a passive display featuring signage, decorations, wreath and flag display at Centennial Park will honor the fallen and allow for proper social distancing measures. The display, located within the east side of Centennial Park (near the monuments), is open from the evening of Friday, May 22 through the morning of Tuesday, May 26.
